Mah Sing tops out M Minori in Johor Bahru

PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has recently topped out M Minori in Taman Seri Austin, Johor, marking its structural completion and setting a record of two million man-hours without Lost Time Injury (LTI). The group also announced that the development’s non-Bumiputera units have been fully sold.
“M Minori gives us a good indication of what buyers in Johor are looking for. The strong take-up shows demand for well-located homes with practical layouts and attainable price points,” said Mah Sing group chief executive officer and executive director Datuk Voon Tin Yow.
With a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM469mil, M Minori is a mixed development comprising three blocks of serviced residences. M Minori sits within an established neighbourhood with easy access to schools, medical centres, shopping outlets, food and beverage options and other daily conveniences. The development is accessible via major highways and trunk roads, including the North-South Expressway, Pasir Gudang Highway and Senai-Desaru Expressway.
The development has been awarded a Provisional GreenRE Bronze certificate, reflecting its focus on sustainable design and building practices. M Minori also provides shuttle services to the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) Complex and Bukit Chagar RTS station, further enhancing connectivity between Johor Bahru and Singapore.
Mah Sing said it is preparing for its next residential offerings in Johor, including M Tiara II in Skudai, a township slated for launch in the third quarter of 2026 and M Grand Minori 2 in Taman Pelangi, targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026.
