PETALING JAYA: Setia Awan Land Sdn Bhd (Setia Awan) has launched the Tanjong Malim Hi-Tech Park Sales Gallery, serving as a dedicated touchpoint for businesses, investors and prospective purchasers to learn more about Tanjong Malim Hi-Tech Park, Setia Awan’s first industrial development.

The opening ceremony was attended by Setia Awan sales and marketing general manager Miles Chan, his deputy Kit Chin, sales and marketing manager Liz New, chief cost control officer Yvon Tsen and Tanjong Malim Hi-Tech Park Sdn Bhd director Ivan Ang.

Spanning 447 acres, Tanjong Malim Hi-Tech Park is strategically located adjacent to Proton City and within the Automotive High-Tech Valley. The development is envisioned as an integrated industrial development supporting the continued growth of Tanjong Malim’s automotive and high-value industrial ecosystem.
