SUBANG JAYA: Avaland Bhd has topped out Amika Residences ahead of the construction schedule. The development, which features 468 serviced apartment units across two towers, has also achieved full take-up.

Set against the backdrop of a 9-acre central park, the development features thoughtfully designed spaces, scenic park views and 24 retail units that enhance convenience while creating a vibrant and sustainable residential destination.

“The project has achieved 1.7 million safe man-hours without a lost time injury, reflecting Avaland’s commitment to workplace safety and responsible construction.
