Alunan Damai in Salak Tinggi launches

PETALING JAYA: Property developer Mahajaya has launched Alunan Damai in Salak Tinggi, comprising 96 units of double-storey terrace homes on Malay Reserve land. Situated on an elevated site within Taman Desa Vista, the development offers homes with a built-up area of approximately 1,708 sq ft, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
“Family lifestyles today are different from those of two decades ago. Home workspaces, additional rooms and more flexible living areas have become increasingly important,” said project director Henry Tan.
Alunan Damai distinguishes the development from some of the earlier residential areas within Taman Desa Vista. According to Henry, the introduction of the new phase also provided Mahajaya with an opportunity to reassess the needs of today’s homebuyers following two decades of development and change in the surrounding area.
“With this in mind, Alunan Damai has been designed with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and additional spaces that can be adapted to suit the needs of residents,” Tan added. “As a developer, we need to take into account changes in lifestyles, household sizes and the way residential spaces are used. Alunan Damai has been developed in this context.”
The launch provides members of the public with an opportunity to learn more about the new phase and the ongoing development plans for Taman Desa Vista at Desa Vista Sales Gallery in Salak Perdana Business Park, Salak Tinggi.
