AFZ Realty hosted its highly anticipated Crazy Rich REN Annual Dinner 2026 recently at the Hemisfera Luxury Sky Hall, Menara Kuala Lumpur, bringing together approximately 300 Real Estate Negotiators (RENs) from across the country, business partners and distinguished guests for an evening dedicated to celebrating excellence, achievement and teamwork. 

The event was graced by PEHAM president Idzwan Izuddin Shah, alongside business partners Zulaila & Associates and Amalina Ismail & Associates. The event also welcomed distinguished guests who joined AFZ Realty in celebrating and recognising the outstanding achievements and contributions of its RENs throughout the year.

A total of 49 award categories were presented during the gala dinner, honouring RENs who demonstrated exceptional performance, dedication, commitment and professionalism in their respective areas. The awards reflect AFZ Realty’s continued commitment to recognising talent and fostering a culture of excellence within the organisation.

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Most Valuable Negotiator Award, won by Norul Ain Yusoff, who took home a RM10,000 cash bouquet, an exclusive 4-day, 3-night holiday to Phuket as well as a trophy and certificate of achievement.

In his address, AFZ Realty agency director Mohd Aiman Elmidin Shamsudin emphasised the organisation’s commitment to continuously empowering its people and strengthening the agency to uphold higher standards of professionalism and service quality within the Malaysian real estate industry.

“Our aspiration is to continuously empower and strengthen AFZ Realty as an organisation while equipping our RENs with the knowledge, support and professional standards necessary to deliver quality and trusted services to our clients and contribute positively to the real estate industry in Malaysia,” he said.

The evening was filled with celebration, appreciation and camaraderie, reflecting the strong team spirit and collective achievements of AFZ Realty. Also present at the event were AFZ Realty sales head Mohd Firdaus Mohd Nawawi, training head Zulfikarullah Zolkapeli and operations head Asyraf Ja’afar.
