KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has topped out M Zenya, its fourth residential development in Kepong. M Zenya was launched nine months after the land acquisition and achieved a 92% take-up upon the opening of its sales gallery. The project is fully sold and is expected to be completed in Q1 2027.

M Zenya has also achieved 1.5 million safe man-hours without Lost Time Injury (LTI) and has been awarded the Provisional GreenRE Bronze Certification.
