Sunway Velocity 3 Soft Launches Tower C as Its Final Chapter

Following the 98% take-up of Towers A and B within two years, Sunway Property yesterday announced the soft launch of Tower C, the final tower of Sunway Velocity 3, which took place on 10 October 2026 as a virtual event. Sunway Property homebuyers and registered purchasers selected their preferred unit and completed their bookings through a first-of-its-kind digital portal, with over 100 units booked online.

Tower C follows strong demand for Sunway Velocity 3’s earlier towers. Towers A and B, comprising approximately 1,600 units. Tower A has reached its topping-out milestone, showing that the response to the earlier towers is translating into progress on site.
