D’Twist is an upcoming mixed-use development by DK-MY with a gross development value of RM2 billion, located on a 4.05-acre parcel adjacent to DK-MY’s headquarters along Jalan Taylors in Bandar Sunway. The development integrates residential, retail, recreational, and hospitality components, comprising two residential blocks with 1,116 units and a 300-room hotel block, with DK-MY currently in talks with an international hotel chain for the venture.

One of D’Twist’s most distinctive features is its 62-metre-deep diving pool — set to be the deepest in Malaysia — forming part of a broader aquatic centre that will offer scuba diving, free diving, and swimming activities. Beyond the water, the development will also feature e-sports facilities including virtual reality setups, as well as extreme sports offerings such as rock climbing and mixed martial arts.

Situated within close proximity to Taylor’s University, Sunway University, and Monash University, which collectively draw a student population of over 60,000, D’Twist is positioned as a community-centric destination for both the local student community and international visitors.
