Damansara Laverra Launch Draws Strong Demand in Bandar Sri Damansara

Land & General Bhd (L&G) has officially launched Damansara Laverra, a new freehold high-rise residential development in Bandar Sri Damansara with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM752 million. The project received an encouraging market response during its launch event, with more than 600 units booked within a single day, representing approximately 61% of the total 1,008 units available.

Built on a 2.84-acre freehold residential-titled site, Damansara Laverra comprises two residential towers offering a mix of two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom layouts. Unit sizes range from 725 sq ft to 1,150 sq ft, with an average selling price of RM870 per sq ft. According to L&G, the strong take-up reflects sustained buyer confidence in the Damansara corridor, following the positive performance of its earlier nearby developments, Damansara Livista and Residensi Kamelia.

Strategically located approximately 500 metres from the Sri Damansara West MRT station, the development will also feature a planned covered walkway connection to enhance accessibility for residents. The project further benefits from its location within the mature Bandar Sri Damansara township, offering close proximity to retail outlets, lifestyle conveniences, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, including Sri Bestari Private School and Sri Bestari International School.

L&G managing director Low Gay Teck said freehold high-rise developments within established Klang Valley townships are becoming increasingly rare, making Damansara Laverra a timely offering for both owner-occupiers and long-term investors.

“Bandar Sri Damansara continues to attract buyers due to its established township ecosystem, connectivity, lifestyle conveniences and long-term livability,” he said, adding that the development is positioned as a quality residential address suitable for families seeking sustainable long-term value.

In terms of design, each floor will house between eight and 12 units, supported by four lifts to provide better privacy and convenience. Residents will also enjoy a range of lifestyle facilities, including a 50-metre lap pool, water cascade features, integrated green spaces, and recreational areas designed to support community living.

Damansara Laverra is targeted for completion by the second quarter of 2030.
