Binastra bags RM268m building contract from TNJ Development
BINASTRA Corporation Bhd said that its wholly owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd, has accepted a RM268 million contract from TNJ Development Sdn Bhd for main building works of a proposed 45-storey suite apartment block in Jalan Segambut, Kuala Lumpur.
The project comprises 1,269 residential units, podium parking, recreational facilities, and a guardhouse.
Construction is set to begin on August 15, 2025 and will span 28 months.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to Binastra’s earnings from FY2026 to FY2028. —TMR
