KUALA LUMPUR (May 29): SkyWorld Development Bhd (KL:SKYWLD) has embarked on a partnership with Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd to provide additional financing of up to RM150,000 to homebuyers via the Alliance Bank’s Home Complete product.
According to a joint media statement by SkyWorld and Alliance Bank on Tuesday (May 28), this product is available to Alliance Bank Home Loan customers and is designed to facilitate an easier path to homeownership and expand their financial options to customise their homes.
With the additional financing, SkyWorld homeowners can opt for SkyWorld’s Solution+ e-commerce platform. This service enables homeowners to customise their homes according to their needs, with services ranging from interior design, renovation, telco subscriptions to rental services.
SkyWorld chief executive officer (CEO) Lee Chee Seng said: “For many first-time homeowners, the process of setting up a new home can be daunting, and knowing where to start is often the hardest part. That’s why our collaboration with Alliance Bank is so vital. Together, we aim to significantly enhance the homeownership experience and deliver lasting value for our customers. With the additional support from Alliance Home Complete, customers can also access comprehensive financing assistance for Solution+, ensuring a smoother and more supportive start to their new home journey”.
Echoing similar sentiments, Alliance Bank group chief consumer banking officer Gan Pai Li said the collaboration with SkyWorld underscores the bank’s commitment to empower homeowners by delivering innovative financial solutions tailored to their dynamic needs.
