OSK unveils brand refresh, uniting three business divisions

OSK Group unveiled a refreshed brand direction for its three business divisions, OSK Construction, OSK Property Investment and OSK Property Development, collectively known as CID, at an event held at EQ Kuala Lumpur on Oct 8, 2026.
The brand refresh introduces a new purpose: Making Ordinary Extraordinary. While retaining the group’s existing corporate logo, OSK also introduced a new colourway known as OSKoral.
“This brand refresh reflects where we are today and, more importantly, where we want to go next. Making Ordinary Extraordinary gives us a common purpose and reminds us that ordinary people like us can create extraordinary outcomes when we have a shared purpose to improve the everyday experiences that matter to the lives we touch,” said OSK Group deputy group managing director Ong Ju Xing.
The event also saw OSK Property Investment chief executive officer (CEO) Datuk Hoe Mee Ling, OSK Property Development CEO Chu Wai Lune and OSK Construction CEO Soh Choon Guan.
As part of its growth plans, OSK is targeting RM1.34bil in property launches for 2027, including an expansion into the high-end residential segment under its Signature series in Subang. The move follows the launch of OSK Ombak in Kuantan, where the first phase was fully booked within three months.
Meanwhile, OSK Property Investment will focus on enhancing its existing assets, including Atria Shopping Gallery, Faber Towers and YOUCity Retail, through additional retail, dining, wellness and leisure offerings.
OSK Construction also plans to increase its participation in tenders for external construction projects while continuing to support the group’s property developments. Ong said closer collaboration across the group’s construction, property investment, property development, manufacturing and hospitality businesses would create greater value for customers and business partners.
The refreshed identity will be introduced progressively across OSK’s corporate communications, developments, assets and digital platforms.
