Signature expands beyond cabinetry with integrated home living ecosystem at HomeFest 2026

As Malaysian homeowners increasingly seek convenience, accountability and seamless project management when renovating their homes, Signature has unveiled HomeFest 2026, positioning itself as a one-stop home living solutions provider that integrates renovation, customised cabinetry, smart home technology and interior finishes within a single ecosystem. The initiative was launched at the HOMEs Exhibition 2026 held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

The launch reflects a broader shift in the residential market, where homeowners are moving away from engaging multiple contractors and suppliers in favour of more coordinated, end-to-end solutions. With new homebuyers placing greater emphasis on design consistency, project transparency and after-sales support, integrated home improvement providers are becoming increasingly relevant in today’s housing landscape.

Having established its presence in customised built-in cabinetry over the past three decades, Signature is now broadening its portfolio through four core pillars: customised built-in cabinets, renovation services under Signature Reno Works, Signature Smart Home Solutions, and wall panelling, furnishings and interior finishes. The expanded offering enables homeowners to undertake renovation, interior fit-out, furnishing and smart home integration through a single provider, reducing the complexity of coordinating multiple vendors while improving project visibility and accountability.

A key component of the expansion is the introduction of Signature Reno Works, which provides comprehensive renovation services covering wet works, mechanical and electrical works, tiling, ceiling installation, painting, lighting and wall finishes. The company said the service incorporates structured planning, dedicated site supervision, regular progress reporting, progressive quality inspections and a 24-month quality assurance period following project completion, addressing common concerns surrounding renovation quality, delays and post-handover support.

Another highlight is the launch of Signature Smart Home Solutions, designed to simplify the increasingly fragmented smart home ecosystem. Rather than relying on separate applications for different connected devices, homeowners can integrate compatible lighting, security systems, curtains and climate controls through a central hub and unified application. The company noted that incorporating smart technologies during the design and renovation stage allows these systems to be better integrated into the home’s overall layout and functionality.

Further strengthening its interior solutions portfolio is AGMO by Signature Wall Panel Solutions, an eco-friendly prefabricated wall panel system that complements the company’s cabinetry, renovation and furnishing offerings. The addition reinforces Signature’s strategy of delivering a more comprehensive home living ecosystem catering to both new homeowners and those undertaking home upgrades.

Alongside the product launches, Signature has rolled out its nationwide HomeFest 2026 campaign, running from 9 July to 9 August. The campaign begins at the HOMEs Exhibition before continuing across Signature showrooms nationwide over five consecutive weekends, offering up to RM8 million in rewards and promotional savings. Signature has also partnered with RHB Bank Berhad to provide eligible homeowners with financing options through the RHB Renovation Loan, reflecting the growing demand for accessible renovation financing amid rising home improvement costs.

The company also introduced actress Diana Danielle as the ambassador for its 48-Hour Trade-In Programme, aimed at facilitating selected kitchen, wardrobe and living space upgrades with minimal disruption. Meanwhile, the Signature Grand Rewards Giveaway 2026 will continue until 31 December, offering RM300,000 worth of prizes, including purchase rewards, a home makeover giveaway and a travel package sponsored by RHB Bank.

As Malaysia’s residential market continues to mature, demand is extending beyond homeownership to creating more personalised, connected and efficient living environments. The emergence of integrated home living providers reflects changing consumer expectations, with homeowners increasingly prioritising convenience, quality assurance and end-to-end project delivery throughout the renovation and home improvement journey.
