THE Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Ministry’s (Kuskop) property and asset manager Uda Holdings Bhd has launched its Uda Signature Dreams property campaign to make homeownership in the Klang Valley more accessible to Malaysians, particularly among the Bumiputera.
The campaign runs from today until Dec 31, 2025.
Uda president and CEO Johari Shukri Jamil (picture) said owning a home is not just a financial decision, it is where life begins, where families grow, where memories are made.
“It is about belonging and security. That is why this campaign is special to us because it is about making the dream of home ownership more accessible, especially for young families and professionals in the city,” he said in his opening speech during the grand launch of the campaign which was held in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur (KL) today.
Johari Shurki added that this initiative supports the government’s goal of expanding homeownership access in urban areas while promoting the growth of an inclusive and competitive property sector.
It also reflects Uda’s guiding principles of “L.I.F.E.” (Legacy, Integrated, Finesse and Enrich) which inform all operations in empowering communities and contributing to national development.
The properties are developed in four prime locations by its subsidiary Uda Land Sdn Bhd and are meant to cater to different needs.
They include Dedaun Residensi in Cheras, Residensi 38 Bangsar, Legasi Kampong Bharu and Residensi Akasia Raya.
The Uda Signature Dreams features over 800 units which are now available with attractive offers and incentives. Buyers can benefit from low booking fees, waived Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and stamp duty charges, Ministry of Transport (MOT) subsidies and home finishing packages.
Moreover, every home purchased during the campaign period qualifies buyers for the lucky draw.
The grand prize will feature two tickets to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, including flights and accommodation valued at up to RM100,000. Other prizes include household appliances worth up to RM100,000.
At the same event, Uda showcased a strategic collaboration with interior design firm Nai Hospitality (M) Sdn Bhd, in which it will handle the design, construction and finishing of the official show unit at Residensi 38 Bangsar. The collaboration is set to last for two years.
“Looking ahead, Uda remains committed to developing modern, affordable and competitive projects across the nation.
“From the East Coast to Johor, the Northern Region to Sarawak, we want to continue empowering communities and contributing to the Malaysians growth story,” Johari Shukri said.
