Mah Sing topped out M Nova in Kepong
M Nova is a mixed-use development consisting of three blocks of serviced residences with built-ups ranging from 700 to 1,000 sq ft. The development has 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom layouts, 11 units of retail lots and a drive-through retail concept.
KUALA LUMPUR (July 21): Mah Sing Group Bhd (KL:MAHSING) has topped out its RM790 million M Nova, its third residential development in Kepong. The development has reached 68% overall construction progress and is expected to be completed by 2Q2026.
“This is our third residential project in the area, following the success of our earlier developments, Lakeville Residence and M Luna. We remain committed to delivering more value-driven homes with lifestyle features and excellent connectivity to homebuyers. Moving forward, we will continue to acquire strategic land banks to expand our M Series and meet the evolving needs of urban dwellers,” said Mah Sing Group Bhd founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum in a statement Monday.
M Nova is a mixed-use development consisting of three blocks of serviced residences with built-ups ranging from 700 to 1,000 sq ft. The development has 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom layouts, 11 units of retail lots and a drive-through retail concept. M Nova will also feature 20 lifestyle facilities including a reflexology garden, outdoor fitness zone, badminton court, pool deck and co-working spaces.

Each unit features a practical layout that maximises both space and functionality. These offerings reflect our commitment to building quality, community-focused homes that support modern living.” said Mah Sing Group Bhd CEO of property subsidiaries Yeoh Chee Beng.
M Nova has obtained a provisional GreenRE Bronze certificate, with the development to feature solar panels. a rainwater harvesting system, cross ventilation and the use of low-VOC paints to promote healthier living. M Nova has also successfully recorded 3.5 million safe man-hours without any Lost Time Injuries (LTI).
