Maming Group appoints UCSI Binarestu as property manager for UC Square, future developments

The move underscores Maming Group’s intent to ensure a professional standard of property management across its growing portfolio.

KUALA LUMPUR (June 10): Maming Group, via its subsidiary Maming Development (UC) Sdn Bhd, has appointed UCSI Binarestu Sdn Bhd as the property manager for UC Square, a commercial development in Taman Connaught. The collaboration also extends to future developments by Maming Group.

Maming Group director Lee Yan Yaw said of the partnership: “We are confident that the management of our property is in the good hands of UCSI Binarestu Sdn Bhd given their expertise and experience in property management”.

The appointment comes as UC Square nears completion, with the Certificate of Completion and Compliance currently in progress. The move underscores Maming Group’s intent to ensure a professional standard of property management across its growing portfolio.

UCSI Binarestu, the construction and property management arm of UCSI Group, brings extensive experience in the field.

UC Square, launched in 2022, is among the earliest developments by Maming Development. The project comprises a four-storey commercial block with an additional fifth storey at the corner, offering 49 strata-titled units made up of shops and service suites.
