TA Global breaks ground on RM3b CloutHaus in KLCC

KUALA LUMPUR (May 23): TA Global Bhd held a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday to mark the start of superstructure construction for its CloutHaus project in Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC).

The event was officiated by chief executive officer Tiah Joo Kim, chief operating officer Lee Yen Foong and representatives from main contractor HAB Construction.

Located on Jalan P Ramlee, CloutHaus comprises two towers rising to 276 metres and is estimated to carry a gross development value of RM3 billion.

“Located next to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, this is the ultimate address of luxury,” said Tiah. “We envisioned CloutHaus as a sanctuary for the influential. Every detail, from the architecture to the amenities, has been crafted for those who expect the very best from the places they call home.”

The first tower, CloutHaus Residences, will house 615 luxury serviced apartments across 66 storeys and is targeted for completion in the second quarter of 2029. The second tower will introduce Malaysia’s first Paradox Hotel and 242 branded residences.

CloutHaus units will range between 549 and 1,216 sq ft and come in studio, one-, two- (including dual-key) and three-bedroom configurations.

Amenities will include a 50-metre sky infinity pool, a sky bar, wellness and family zones, and private entertainment areas.
