OSK Property launches BAYU @ Mori Park TOD in Shah Alam

Situated just 800m from the upcoming LRT3 Stadium Shah Alam station, BAYU @ Mori Park is a mixed-use development featuring serviced apartments and commercial components such as flexi suites and retail lots.
SHAH ALAM (May 13): OSK Property has launched a transit-oriented development (TOD) named BAYU @ Mori Park here. The 3.41-acre mixed-use development has a gross development value (GDV) of RM400 million and is expected to be completed in May 2029.
The launching of the project was held last weekend (May 10) at an exclusive preview event at the Mori Park Sales Gallery at Section 13 here.
Situated just 800m from the upcoming LRT3 Stadium Shah Alam station, BAYU @ Mori Park is a mixed-use development featuring serviced apartments and commercial components such as flexi suites and retail lots.
The serviced apartment is housed in a 38-storey tower, offering a total of 841 units. Priced from RM250,000, sizes range from 550 sq ft to 958 sq ft.
As for the flexi suites, built-up sizes range from 571 sq ft to 732 sq ft, with prices starting from RM349,000. These suites specifically cater to entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Community wellness is a core focus of the development, with more than 25 facilities spread across Levels 8 and 9. These include a 50m Olympic-length infinity pool, pickleball court, sensory playground, urban farming area, gym room, yoga zone, and a multipurpose hall.
“The unveiling of BAYU @ Mori Park marks our second TOD under the Mori Park master plan, following the successful launch of Alia @ Mori Park. As the Phase 1 development, Alia has achieved 80% sales, and we are now excited to unveil BAYU @ Mori Park.
“This development not only offers quality homes and commercial elements but also enhances the local community through improved connectivity and access to essential amenities,” OSK Property chief executive officer (CEO) Ong Ghee Bin said in his opening remarks.
According to Ong, the development is poised to become a catalyst for sustainable, community-driven urban growth. Its TOD framework encourages a car-free lifestyle by integrating walkable pathways, a planned pedestrian bridge, a new bus-stop, and close access to the LRT3 line, providing ease of access to Kuala Lumpur city centre as well as the Greater Klang Valley.
